I read and answer my own email. There is no help desk and no ticket queue, which means you get a real reply — it also means it may take me a day.

The three things people write about most, and the fastest way through them:

"I bought it and nothing arrived." Check the spam folder of the address you used at checkout first — that is where it is about a third of the time. Then use the "Lost your download link?" form on the member login page, which will resend it instantly. If neither works, email me with the receipt number from ClickBank and I will sort it the same day.

"I want a refund." ClickBank handles those, and you do not need my permission. Look your order up on ClickBank's order support page with the receipt number from your confirmation email. If you would rather not deal with a form, email me and I will start it for you. No explanation required.

"Can you tell me what dose to take?" No, and I would not trust anyone who answered that in an email. I am not a physician. The book gives you the questions to take to one.

Affiliates: if you are promoting the book and need a banner size, a custom angle checked, or anything else, say so in the subject line and I will get to it faster.
