These terms govern your use of this website and anything you buy through it. By using the site or buying a product, you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
1. Who you are dealing with

2. ClickBank is the retailer
ClickBank is the retailer of the products on this site. When you buy, your contract of sale is with ClickBank, and their terms and refund process govern the transaction. ClickBank's role as retailer does not constitute an endorsement, approval or review of these products or of any claim, statement or opinion used in promoting them.
3. What you are buying
Every product sold here is digital. Nothing is shipped. You are buying either a file to download or access to a hosted tool — the product page says which.
You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use what you buy, for yourself. You may print a copy for your own use. You may not resell it, share it, upload it, give it away, or reproduce it in whole or substantial part, and you may not share your account or licence key with anyone else.
4. Access to the hosted tools
Where a product is a hosted tool rather than a download, your access is tied to your account and to a licence key issued at purchase. "Lifetime access" means for as long as we operate that tool. We will give reasonable notice if we ever discontinue one. If a tool is described as still in development at the time you buy it, that is stated plainly on the offer page, and your access is reserved against your licence key until it opens.
5. Refunds
Every product carries a 60-day money-back guarantee. Refunds are handled by ClickBank, not by us. Look your order up using the receipt number in your confirmation email, or write to us and we will start it for you.
Refunds and chargebacks end your licence. Access to downloads and to any hosted tool stops when a refund is processed.
6. This is not medical advice
Nothing on this site or in any product sold here is medical advice, and nothing here is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. The author is not a physician. Everything published here is a personal account and general education. Speak to a qualified, licensed physician before changing your diet, starting an exercise programme, or taking any supplement or compound.

Any result described anywhere on this site is one individual's experience. It is not typical, not promised, and not guaranteed. Your outcome depends on factors nobody controls.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of your use of this site or any product bought through it is limited to the amount you paid for that product.
